HWCC is now on ClubSports365

At HWCC we have been using Pitchero for the 2024 season, this has been a great stepping stone for the club to centralise it's admin, membership management, availability, team selections, club website along with news and events. 

Why ClubSports365?

As a recreational sports club, costs of systems and admin are always something that we are constantly reviewing, we have since been introduced to ClubSports365 who are able to offer a better platform & functionality at a reduced cost for our website cost and payment transaction fees. As of 1st January 2025, HWCC will now move across to ClubSports365 for all of it's website operations and admin. 

What's included in ClubSports365?

As you will see from our new website, we have dedicated areas for Club news, Fixtures, Results, Sponsorship Opportunities, Facility bookings & Events. Once you are logged in as a member, you will have access to your own account where you can see 

• Roles you have within the club
• Schedule where you can set your availability for training and matches
• Manage your membership
• View announcements & Messages
• Pay match fees (Where applicable)
• Junior safeguarding form
