We'd like to welcome you to Clubsports365, HWCCs new platform replacing Pitchero for the forthcoming season.
Everyone who was on Pitchero has now been transferred to CS365 with player info added to your profile, the teams they play for, roles within the club and and memberships assigned. You can view more information on CS365 HERE and a guide for existing members HERE. If you have not received your welcome email from 'support@clubsports365.com' with the email titled 'Welcome to High Wycombe Cricket Club - Your Account Details' then please head to the login page and request a forgotten password using the email address used on Pitchero.
This year our Memberships will be done slightly differently with registration being completed and paid online, please make sure your information is up to date including Primary and Secondary emergency contacts and for parents that you complete the Junior Safeguarding forms for your children. The Registration window for the forthcoming season closes for existing members on 31st Jan 2025. Payments for registration are completed on CS365 and can be paid from your account area - please use GoCardless as your payment method where possible. ClubSports365 will be the central platform for all of our match management, training information, communication about news and events and membership management.
