Existing Members: Transitioning from Pitchero

Welcome to ClubSports365, High Wycombe Cricket Clubs new website and club management platform.

For our existing members who had an active account on Pitchero, this is your guide to ClubSports365 and how you can get up and running as a user on the platform.

All users over 16 that were on Pitchero have all been invited to ClubSports365 via email, please check your email you registered with on Pitchero for your invite to the platform to accept your invite. 

All member information has been transferred to ClubSports365, please check the information that has been transferred to yours and if relevant your child's profile and update accordingly to be up to date. 

The information transferred is

  • Name
  • Email
  • Gender
  • Date of Birth
  • Phone number
  • Medical information if relevant
  • Address
  • Primary Emergency contact

From your account area located HERE you can review the roles you have within the club which are your teams and children you are a parent of. Displayed at the top of the page is the account you are viewing.

Within your account, you can view your schedule and if relevant your child's schedule for training, Fixtures (all fixtures that are in play cricket are shown in Clubsports365) and events. 

Each member will be allocated a membership type which is for the upcoming season which is due for payment between January and March. 

For Parents, please complete your Junior Safeguarding Form and ensure all of your information is up to date for your child.

For payments on ClubSports365, there are 3 options when making payments, GoCardless, Paypal and Stripe. 

  • GoCardless - The best option for payments for HWCC, where possible, please use this method.
  • Paypal - use your paypal account for payments, including utilising Paypal credit
  • Stripe - standard payment option connected with Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

For Fixtures and Training, players and parents can provide availability, for fixtures, this is a mandatory requirement as all selections for all teams across the club are managed within CS365. To manage availability, go to the schedule in your account and update your availablitlity to Available, Unavailable or Maybe, if need be leave a note.
