At ClubSports 365, we continuously strive to innovate and provide tools that simplify sports club management. We’re thrilled to introduce our latest feature: OpenShifts.
This functionality is designed to streamline the process of creating, managing, and filling shifts for various club roles, ensuring your operations run seamlessly.
Here’s how the OpenShifts feature works:
Start by naming the shift and specifying the role. Whether it’s for a matchday steward, bartender, or groundskeeper, ensure clarity in the title for easy identification.
Input the date and specify the start and end times of the shift. The system will automatically calculate the duration of the shift, and the total payment based on the hourly rate you provide. This eliminates manual calculations, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
Specify where the shift will take place. This could be:
Provide any additional details about the shift. For example, mention specific tasks, required attire, or equipment to bring.
Define the headcount for the shift. Whether you need one person or a team, this ensures that all roles are appropriately staffed.
If this shift is recurring (e.g., weekly bartending for home games), indicate the frequency, and the system will automatically replicate the shift.
Choose whether the shift should be visible to the public. This is particularly useful if you’re seeking volunteers or paid staff from outside the club.
Once all details are confirmed, publish the shift.
After publishing, the shift will be displayed under the OpenShift’s tab on your club’s website. This centralised hub allows club members or the public (if selected) to view and apply for available shifts with ease.
With OpenShifts, ClubSports 365 continues to empower clubs with tools to operate smoothly and focus on what truly matters: fostering a thriving sports community.
