Seamless player availability tracking
In the player availability tab on clubsports365, you’ll have a clear view of all upcoming fixtures. Here’s how it works:
- View upcoming fixtures- navigate to the player availability tab and press the view button next to any fixture.
2. Manage your squad- enter the player selection area where you can see:
· Who has selected ‘Available’, ‘Not Available’, ‘Not Sure’, and ‘Not Set’.
· Your squad members- with their selected availability, and match fees owed- so you can select a player on whether or not they have paid past match fees.
3. Automated Availability Prompts – If a player hasn’t set their availability, you can send an automated reminder:
· Configure reminders in your Availability Reminder Profile under settings.
· Select how many days before a fixture to send reminders.
· Set up to five reminders (e.g., first two weeks before, second one week before, etc.).
· Players receive push notifications and emails, directing them straight to the selected fixture.
Effortless squad selection and match instructions
· Select your squad quickly- with or without player availability.
· Apply player roles and order.
· Add match instructions (e.g., “Park on the road” or “Don’t be late!”).
· Set meet time for players.
· Publish updates to: All players/ Selected players/ None.
